TOS

General Disclaimers

- I can refuse or stop a commission at any time.
- Disrespectful behavior will result in cancellation.
- Terms may vary based on the type of commission.

Payment & Fees

- Half of the total payment is required upfront.
- Payment is via PayPal or Cashapp in USD.
- No Deadlines allowed
- Fees will vary based on commission complexity.

Process & Work Schedule

- Fill out the commission form clearly
- Provide multiple clear reference images
- Please stay professional
- Respond promptly
- Take responsibility for missing information that affects the commission
- Read the Terms of Service and Commission Information carefully

- A sketch will be sent for approval before continuing.
- Work-in-progress updates will be sent via email.
- Sketches and WIPs will be low-res and watermarked.
- I aim to complete your commission on time but may face delays. I will inform you of any issues.

Revisions

- One major and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase.
- No revisions are allowed in the coloring/Rendering stage.
- Excessive revisions will prompt additional fees.
- Revisions due to my mistakes are free.
- Additional major revisions will incur fees.
- I will decide what counts as minor and major revisions.

FOR CHARACTER DESIGNS
- Since there is more collaboration when making character designs and the likelihood of multiple revisions, there is an initial charge of $5. This includes up to three revisions. Each additional revision beyond the third will cost $1 per revision.

Copyright & Usage Policy

- I retain the rights to the commissioned works.
- I can post the work on social media and stream or record its creation.
- Characters in the work remain copyrighted to their owners.
- The final product is for personal use only
- You must credit me when sharing or using the work.

You May

- Print the work for personal use.
- Crop/resize the image for avatars, headers, thumbnails, etc.
- Use the artwork for study reference.
- Post the artwork on social media with credit to me.
- Color my sketches or lineart with credit.

You May NOT

- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Alter the artwork outside of allowed uses.
- Use the work in NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI technologies.
- Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing rights.

Cancellation and Refunds

- No refunds after final approval.
- You can cancel anytime, with a refund based on the work not done.
- I can cancel and refund at any time.
- No chargebacks after artwork approval.

Commission Information

Note: estimated delivery time will depend on how much the client asks for. I.e. The more characters and or Background requests, the longer it will take. At most the wait will be 7-20 days.ADDITIONAL CHARACTERS:
Any additional characters cost 50% of the original price. In other words, 50% of the original characters price is added to the total per character added.POSES/BACKGROUNDS:
Complicated backgrounds or poses, will increase the price and time spent on the commission. For complicated poses and backgrounds it’s six to ten plus dollars. (Not doing complicated backgrounds right now sorry!) For simpler poses and backgrounds it can be zero to six plus dollars.COMPLEX DESIGNS
I can refuse complex character designs. If I accept, there will be an extra $5-10 charge based on the design's complexity according to my criteria.
